Changed your mind? Request a return or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
Condition: the item must be unused, unassembled and packed in its original packaging. Please keep the packaging until you are sure you are keeping the item.
Damaged or defective: report it within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a video of the damage, plus a photo of the box it arrived in.
Collection: once your request is approved, we arrange pickup from your address within 2 to 3 working days.
Refund timelines: card, Tabby and Tamara refunds reflect in 7 to 10 working days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded as store credit or a voucher.
Not covered: accidental damage after delivery, or damage caused by incorrect self assembly.
