Returns & Refunds

If something is not right, we will make it right. Here are the essentials.

Changed your mind? Request a return or replacement within 2 to 3 days of delivery.
Condition: the item must be unused, unassembled and packed in its original packaging. Please keep the packaging until you are sure you are keeping the item.
Damaged or defective: report it within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a video of the damage, plus a photo of the box it arrived in.
Collection: once your request is approved, we arrange pickup from your address within 2 to 3 working days.
Refund timelines: card, Tabby and Tamara refunds reflect in 7 to 10 working days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded as store credit.
Not covered: accidental damage after delivery, or damage caused by incorrect self assembly.

Installation/Assembly

Free installation and assembly is included with every order, handled by the Karnak Home team.

There is no assembly charge. It is part of the service, not an add on.
Our team assembles the product for you at the time of delivery, so there is nothing left for you to build.
Delivery and installation is a door to door service. Our team can remove the packaging on request.
Please let our team handle the assembly. Damage caused by incorrect self assembly is not covered under our policies.

Cancellation Policy

Plans change, and that is fine. The sooner you tell us, the simpler it is.

Within 24 hours of placing your order: cancel free of charge with a full refund.
After 24 hours: cancellation is still possible, with a 5% cancellation fee deducted from the order value.
Custom and made to order items cannot be cancelled once production has started, because materials are already allocated.
Expedited orders cannot be cancelled. If you asked for a delivery date earlier than our standard window, fulfilment begins immediately.
Refunds go back to your original payment method and take 7 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
